Production and delivery
Excellence requires time. At the time of checkout, your Aura Necklace will enter production. As it is a piece of fine craftsmanship made entirely by hand, the creation process requires from 3 to 4 weeks. You will be notified via email at every stage of the process, from creation to shipping.
Shipping and Delivery: Delivery in Italy is entrusted to our logistics partners and requires approximately 3 business days (times may vary based on location or customs procedures).
Returns and Replacements: Returns can be accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided that the product is intact, in its original packaging, and that no personalized modifications have been applied.
