Production and delivery
At the time of checkout, your Geode Parva will enter production. Each piece is handcrafted by our master artisans through a meticulous process that requires from 4 to 6 weeks.
Our mission is to guarantee you an impeccable product: you will be notified via email at every stage of the process, from creation to shipping.
Shipping and Delivery: Delivery in Italy is entrusted to our logistics partners and generally requires 3 additional business days (times may vary based on customs procedures or remote locations).
Returns and Replacements: Your satisfaction is our priority. Returns can be accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided that the product is intact and that no personalized or bespoke modifications have been made.
Care and maintenance
The Geode Parva is an artisanal creation made with precious natural materials. To preserve its beauty and structure over time, we recommend following these simple precautions:
Protection: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or excessive humidity. In case of contact with water, dab immediately with a soft, dry cloth.
Cleaning the wicker: Natural wicker is a delicate material. To remove dust or residue, use a very soft-bristled brush or a slightly dampened cotton cloth, acting with extreme gentleness.
Leather Care: To maintain the softness of the leather, you can periodically use a specific neutral cleansing milk for luxury leather goods, testing it first on a small, non-visible area.
Storage: When not wearing it, store the bag in its original protective dust bag.
Warning: Avoid contact with oily substances, perfumes, cosmetics, or clothing items that tend to lose color (such as dark denim), which could irreversibly stain both the leather and the wicker.
